The level of noise can significantly affect output. Maintain a modest volume during chats and phone calls. When viewing films or listening to music, put on headphones, and make long calls from outside the main working areas or in authorized phone booths.
3. Take Care of Yourself
Since coworking spaces are communal places, it is essential that you tidy up after yourself. Make sure to tidy communal spaces, dispose of trash correctly, and clean surfaces. In addition to showing colleagues respect, a tidy office fosters a welcoming and professional environment.
4. Reserve meeting spaces ahead of time
Make advance reservations through the appropriate channels if you need to use a meeting room. Others may have reserved the room after you, so arrive on time and observe the period allocated. Give the room back to others if you finish early.
